Tiffany B. Contic
Owner & Principal
After just seven years of being in the A&D industry, Tiffany Contic founded 7Tier Design Studio, LLC in 2020. Through the course of her relatively short career, she has completed over 30 various projects ranging from small office renovations to large full-service hotels. She has worked closely with architects, contractors, hotel brands such as Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice, developers, and other designers on multiple renovations and new construction projects across the country. Although Tiffany finds immense joy in hospitality design, she has recently expanded her design talent into the corporate, multifamily, and residential markets. Her unmatched passion for the design process gives her a creative eye for detail, and she is always striving for originality and uniqueness in every project while keeping her client's wants and needs in mind.
Tiffany graduated from Kent State University in 2014, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design along with a minor in Marketing. In 2013, she was awarded an Honorable Mention Award by AIA for achievement in excellence for architectural design, and another Honorable Mention Award in 2014 by IIDA for achievement in excellence in interior design. Additionally, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy for 4+ months, has held leadership positions within student and professional organizations, and continues to habitually collaborate, network, and involve herself with design industry professionals and organizations like NEWH and IIDA. Most recently in 2021, Tiffany was featured and published in the Top 100 Business Leaders Magazine by Redwood Media Group Inc.
Aside from design and architecture, Tiffany frequently explores other creative industries such as photography, fashion, and music. She also enjoys writing/blogging, traveling internationally, movies, reading, playing beach volleyball, and DIY projects. Tiffany currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA where she was born and raised. She loves spending time with her family and their two golden retrievers – Porter & Stout.
